Our Promise
At Haseena by Ashna, every piece is crafted with care and intention. We stand behind the quality of everything we make. In the rare event something isn't right, we are here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns only in the case of a manufacturing defect or quality issue with the product.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us immediately with photographic evidence and your order details.
Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here's how our exchange process works:
Step 1 — Inform us within 48 hours You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for an exchange. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
Step 2 — Email us only Send your exchange request to hotline4haseena@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A valid reason for the exchange
- Clear photographs of the product
Please note: We do not accept exchange requests via Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, or any other platform. Email is the only accepted channel.
Step 3 — Product condition The product must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- With all tags intact
- Free from any stains, fragrance, or damage
We reserve the right to reject an exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Step 4 — Shipping charges All shipping charges for exchange are to be borne by the customer. Haseena by Ashna will not cover reverse pickup or re-delivery charges.
Step 5 — Resolution Once we receive and inspect the product, we will revert to you via email within 3-5 business days.
Refund Policy
We do not offer direct cash refunds.
In eligible cases, we will issue a Credit Note Code which will be:
- Sent directly to your registered email ID
- Valid for 1 year from the date of issue
- Applicable on your next purchase at haseena.co
- Non-transferable and valid only from the email ID used for the original order
Important Notes
- Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return
- Haseena by Ashna reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, exchange, and refund requests
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier partners
